Gabriel Sender supports clients with research, data analysis, and policy insights. He specializes in assisting clients navigate the complexities of transit policy and funding structures.

Gabriel is a 2025 graduate of Brown University where he created his own degree, Urban Environmentality, combining Urban Studies, Environmental Studies, and Transportation Planning. For his degree, Gabriel studied the ways complex urban issues intersected across disciplines and explored how an interdisciplinary approach to planning and development can transform urban regions. For his senior thesis, he completed an ethnography of climate change advocates in Providence, combining statistical data with lived experience to understand the challenges the city faces with climate change.

Professionally, Gabriel interned at Providence City Hall, working in the Mayor’s Office of Policy and Resiliency on the development of resiliency hubs and climate weatherization. Additionally, he interned at HDR, contributing to projects with NJ TRANSIT.
