Lindsay Fincher is an accomplished operations and business leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning travel, energy, and business consulting. At Telos, Lindsay is responsible for optimizing day-to-day operations, managing contractor and client lifecycles, and overseeing financial processes.

Immediately prior to Telos, Lindsay spent over ten years at REI, where she led a high-performing operations team in the travel division, responsible for over $30M in trip inventory. She was responsible for driving process improvements in customer service, accounting, risk management, and analytics. She received REI’s prestigious Anderson Award in recognition for her contributions.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay worked in international travel with MIR Corporation. She also held research and policy roles with the American Petroleum Institute and Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. Lindsay earned a MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Political Science at The George Washington University.
